New England Fan Experience holds contest for tickets to Death Note II: The Last Name

VIZ Media again works with the Anime Kaiju Experience to give away 60 free tickets to Death Note II

Randolph MA (October 7, 2008) - Anime Kaiju Experience and VIZ Media are working together to give away 60 tickets to New England area fans of the limited, nationwide screening of DEATH NOTE II: THE LAST NAME. Through NCM Fathom's exclusive Digital Broadcast Network, the epic manga turned anime turned live-action hit will be in more than 400 select digital theaters across the country only on October 15 and 16 at 7:30 PM. New England fans that enter the drawing for these tickets by October 12, 2008 will be able to choose the theater they wish to attend. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Adapted from the popular animated television series and best-selling manga series, acclaimed Japanese director Shusuke Kaneko created this English dubbed sequel to, and an immediate continuation of, DEATH NOTE, brought to U.S. movie theatres earlier this year by VIZ Pictures and Fathom. This exclusive event will feature an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the creation of DEATH NOTE II: THE LAST NAME, an in-depth interview with Director Shusuke Kaneko and a unique look at the talented actors behind the characters.
