News for Reactor 2007:

Reactor announces second round of guests

Reactor is proud to announce the second wave of guests that will be attending the event in November. The local event, from November 2nd to the 4th, has broadened its appeal with the following honored guests.

"The newest additions to Reactor's stable of guests embody our goal of bringing together fans of all genres of popular culture," said Executive Director James Alsup. "LeSean is a comic book artist and animator. Bryan is a feature-film computer animator. Steve is a producer. Jeff has worked on best-selling video games. Phil is a comic book artist. We think old and new convention attendees will enjoy interacting with these guys."

LeSean Thomas is Supervising Character Designer and Co-Director of Aaron McGruder's "The Boondocks" animated series. His recent projects include: The Batman animated series and work on the upcoming Ben10, slated for release on Cartoon Network in 2008. LeSean's other projects include graphic novels and artbooks. Bryan Taylor is a Computer Animator who has worked on multiple projects. His latest and most visible work can be seen in the recent successful feature films Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer and Superman Returns.

Steve Yun is Webmaster and Robotechnologist at Robotech.com. A former digital animator, Steve was a significant contributor to the launch of Robotech.com in 2001 after joining with Harmony Gold.

Phil Moy is a comic book artist who has done penciling and inking for DC Comics. He worked on Legion of Superheroes and also did interior art for the Powerpuff Girls comic, based upon Craig McCraken?s series of the same name. For more information, go to Philip's website, http://www.philipmoy.com.

After getting his BFA in Illustration from Northern Illinois University, Jeff Moy worked for DC Comics on its Legionnaires title for five years, working. He also worked on several other titles including Gen13 and Star Trek: Voyager. Jeff eventually started working as a concept and texture artist for Raven Software.
