Biography:
Known for his role as Agent Grant Ward on the hit series Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Brett Dalton is an American actor with a list of credits that includes appearances in both film and television.

Before being cast in the hit Marvel series, Dalton's first screen credit was in the TV movie Nurses, directed by P.J. Hogan. The movie starred Eliza Dushku and was planned to be a pilot for the Fox network. From there, Dalton guest starred in an episode of the Tom Selleck-led CBS drama Blue Bloods. Dalton's performance in the series was impressive enough to earn him additional work and lead to an appearance in the Lifetime network series Army Wives.

2013 saw Dalton make the leap to the big screen with a role in the feature film Beside Still Waters. The feature directorial debut of actor Chris Lowell, the comedy/drama stretched Dalton's acting muscles and found him among an ensemble cast of fellow young actors. From there, Dalton appeared in the TV movie Killing Lincoln for the National Geographic Channel as Robert Todd Lincoln, the only son of Abraham and Mary Todd to survive into adulthood.

In November 2012, he was cast in a starring role in the Joss Whedon TV series, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D as Agent Grant Ward. The series takes place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, following character Agent Phil Coulson and his small team of agents, Dalton's character among them. Dalton is set to continue on the series when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns to ABC this spring. Dalton can next be seen in the feature film romance The Tourist and heard in the Playstation 4 game Until Dawn.
