Carter has contributed to Hex for a long time. He'll admit being involved with Q2E, Colin Thomas Presents: RASSLIN!, M-FORCE, All-Stars: Vice Squad, Hobomancer, and the upcoming novel Suicide's Run: a Tale of the Hobomancers.
