Biography:
Rhythm Bastard takes the stage armed only with his voice, his guitar and his bandmate, a laptop, playing a mix of punk and garage rock, with music inspired by every thing from video games, anime, comics and everything in between.
After moving to West Palm Beach, Florida from New York, The Rhythm Bastard has been playing different conventions throughout the state both new and established, such as Anime Festival Orlando, Florida Supercon, Momocon, Megaplex, Furry Weekend Atlanta, and more.
He regularly releases music on his Patreon, and has an ongoing project to do a song based off every Magic The Gathering set as they are released.
His first major release was in January 2013, "Dino Hunter MD: The Sound Track", a compilation of songs he had written for the internet series Dino Hunter MD, which was created by fellow Stony Brook alum.
In 2015, he released his second album "Status Quo Radio, a concept album about love, betrayal and ultraviolence in the 1960's Southwest, inspired by the video game Team Fortress 2.
Throughout 2019 to 2021, he worked on a number of compositions for a theoretical wrestling video game, which he compiled in his 2021 compilation, Bastardmania.
In 2022, he released Hardcore Nerdcore Punk Rock, a celebration of his 10+ year discography with a collection of live staples, Patreon exclusives, and more, where most of the songs were re-recorded and remastered.
Currently you can hear his music on the ZoneCast series of Podcasts, his voice work on the Voice Of All Magic The Gathering Audio Drama, Oi! on the DnD 5th Edition Actual Play Podcast RPG Pals Club, and performing as part of the 3000 Brigade Acting Troupe.
