Biography:
Shigeto Koyama is a talented designer who has contributed to many popular anime series.
Mr. Koyama debuted in the industry with his mechanical design and guest character design work in the 2004 OVA Gunbuster 2: Diebuster. Since then he has worked on many memorable titles such as Gurren Lagann, Eureka Seven, Evangelion 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 movies, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex: Solid State Society, Moribito - Guardian of the Spirit, Inferno Cop, Kill La Kill, Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, Heroman, Michiko & Hatchin and more.
Mr. Koyama also participated in Big Hero 6 as the concept mecha designer of Baymax! In 2015, he directed his first short film Obakechan as part of Studio Khara's Japan Animator Expo project.
Most recently, Mr. Koyama was responsible for the mechanical designs used in Director Kamiyama's Ancien and the Magic Tablet movie.
