Biography:
Kate Bristol grew up in the DFW area of Texas, where she began working from an early age in regional theaters such as Casa Manana, Lyrics Stage, and Dallas Independent Playwright workshops. She made her voice over debut in the 2001 anime Fruits Basket at the age of 11 with FUNimation Entertainment. Since then, she has appeared in numerous FUNimation productions including Strike Witches, Dragonball Z and GT, One Piece, and Negima!.
After moving to New York in 2008 to pursue a degree from Pace University's BFA Musical Theater program, Kate was cast as Dorothy in the national tour of The Wizard of Oz and spent her junior year on the road.
Once tour had ended and the college education complete, Kate began to work in the city, lending her voice to animated TV shows such as Pokémon XY, Winx Club, Yu Gi Oh, Robocar Poli, Alisa, and feature films such as Nicky Tanner and Pixi Post and the Gift Bringers. She also appeared in an Off-Broadway production and several video games.
When not acting, Kate spends time with her dog and fiancé in their Queens apartment, most likely reading or playing Mario Kart.
