Biography:
Chika Sakamoto was born in Tokyo, Japan. Sakamoto is best known for her roles as Yaten Kou/Sailor Star Healer in Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon Stars, Nuriko and Houki in Fushigi Yuugi, Mei in My Neighbor Totoro, Ai Kisugi in Cat's Eye, Tendonman & Chibizou-kun in Anpanman, Agumon in Digimon Adventure, Shoutmon in Digimon Xros Wars, Dora in Dora the Explorer and more. Sakamoto also sang a theme song in Here is Greenwood, Ranbou and Fuku-chan. In 1989, with Kazue Ikura and Chie Koujiro, Sakamoto performed in the chorus group called, "Gallop". Her hobbies are flower arrangement, cooking and music.
